Swimming
As we all know sport is the only thing that has more benefit than loss. An athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature, as racing, baseball, tennis, golf, bowling, wrestling, boxing, hunting, fishing, etc. Sports are played throughout the world and are very important to some countries. Pakistan indeed a unique country where tradition and modernity co-exist without much difficulty. This holds true in the sports field too. Alongside history, culture, and arts, Pakistan has thrived in the fields of different sports. Cricket, hockey, tennis, shooting, archery, and a host of other contemporary sports are played in the country. On the one hand, there is equal interest in homegrown games like kho-kho, Gilli-danda, and kabaddi. Besides this, other popular games like pithy, marbles and hide & seek which children play in their homes and on the streets. Traditional games play an important role in developing sports skills in every human being.
Basically, my main point is swimming in Pakistan. I am also a part of the swimming board in the past. I am actually a national champion and also ready for goings-on the international platform. It's my dream, but unfortunately, it does not happen; actually, I break my leg, so it’s a sad story. I am not here to bore you and tell my sad story. I wrote this to tell you about this sport. Swimming is a life skill that is useful at every stage of life. It is a very good exercise to keep your body balanced and also a life-saving skill. You can be in peak physical condition or out of shape to swim. There are four competitive swimming strokes and many other activities that can be done in the water. Many times Pakistan sportsmen present their homeland in different countries and also set world records. Our famous Pakistani swimmer, the Umair khan, won many times many titles in different contests, like the Asian Games and Rio and the Olympic games. Pakistani men set records woman also takes part and not only take part they won many titles in different countries our pride only 18 years old woman Bisma khan many times set a record in a different competition. We all do that thing which we get benefits, so this sport is the only sport that contained many benefits. It has Low bad impact on the body. It can be continued for a lifetime. It builds cardiorespiratory fitness. Its builds muscle mass. It is an alternative when injured. It's a break from the summer heat. It's a family affair. It Burns thousand of calories during Swimming.
